Return policy

Happy2r does not accept any return requests if the product(s) have no manufacturing defects.

For domestic purchases, tags must still be attached, unworn and unwashed, and a complete receipt can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery (for online customers) or date of purchase ( for in-store customers). After the allocated time frame, Happy2r reserves the right to refuse any request from you.

- Domestic purchases include online and in-store purchases paid in INR and delivered within India.

- Happy2r does not accept any refund requests for discounted items. Please note that discounted items may have a minor manufacturing defect that does not affect the overall appearance of the product.

- Happy2r reserves the right not to process your refund request if you return the goods without our confirmation.

+. When buying at the store

Happy2r does not accept any return requests for in-store purchases. Therefore, please check the product(s) carefully at the cashier counter.

+. When purchasing online via Happy2r website and social commerce channels (Instagram and Facebook)

1. If you would like to return the product due to manufacturing issues with the purchased products or receiving the wrong product(s), you can request it through RETURNS in the navigation below. Please provide our staff with images of damage, defects or errors for preliminary evaluation.

2. Happy2r team will respond within 1 working day and give you further instructions.

3. If the product is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, please fill out the RETURN form included with the product and send the package to the specified address.

+. If the product is found to be defective, the Happy2r team will resend a new product to you. In this case, we will bear all costs incurred, including shipping fees.

+. If we find that the product is not defective or the return period has expired, we will still ship the product back to you. In this case, you will have to bear all costs incurred, including shipping fees.

2. Happy2r team will contact you via email within 3 business days after the date you filled out the RESET form and provide you with further instructions.

3. If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, depending on the situation, we will resend you a new, similar product or send you a Refund Code. Our team will notify you if the returned product(s) are available.

If available, our team will send you a new product(s) and will not refund the value of the defective product(s). Please note that you will need to destroy defective products before we dispatch the package. In this case, Happy2r will be responsible for the delivery fees.
If unavailable, Happy2r will send you a Refund code equal to the total value of the defective product(s), including shipping fees. You can apply the Refund Code to your next order. Please note that you need to cancel defective products before we will send you a Refund Code. Refund codes are valid for 90 days from the date of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
