After the customer successfully places an order at the website https://happy2r.com/, we will send an email to notify you, including the details of the successfully placed order. Happy2r will not make calls to confirm orders to avoid disturbing customers.
We support goods inspection within India inner city with the following policies:
- Co-check before payment
- Before receiving goods and making payment, customers have the right to inspect the product. Product testing is not supported.
- Customers please open the package to check to ensure the order is delivered with the correct model and quantity as ordered. Do not try or test the product.
- After agreeing with the delivered item, the customer pays the delivery staff (in case the order is shipped COD) and receives the goods.
- If the customer is not satisfied with the product, you can refuse to receive the product. Here, Happy2r will collect an additional return fee, equivalent to the shipping fee of the order the customer placed.
