Return and Exchange

1. Exchange policy

For domestic purchases, must but tags , not yet defaulted and not clean, with a full receipt can be exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date (for online customers) or the date of purchase. (for customers at the store). After the additional time frame, Happy2r reserves the right to decline any request from you.

- Domestic purchases include online and in-store purchases paid INR and delivered within India. You can only change your payment once per order.

- In case of exchange, the ban on conversion of operations will not be fulfilled. Happy2r will not be responsible for any additional fees in case the purchased products have no manufacturing issues.

- For the original price of the items, different sizes/colors/styles are subject to change.

- For discounts on items, change to a different size (if any) but with the same design.

- In case of return, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred, including taxes and shipping fees. Please note, Happy2r will not refund the difference if the total value of the changed product(s) is less than your original order value. The customer is responsible for paying the difference if the total value of the exchanged product(s) is higher than the value of the original order.

- Payment Changes:

+. When buying at the store

1. Please bring the returned product and related receipt(s) to our store.

2. If the exchange product(s) meet our requirements stated above, staff will confirm that the product(s) are eligible for exchange. Our staff will assist you throughout the exchange process.

+. When purchasing online via the Happy2r website and social commerce channels (Instagram and Facebook).

1. Please notify us of your return request via email (rrhappy2r@gmail.com) and attach proof (pictures/videos) that the product(s) have not been worn and unworn clean and fully equipped.

2. Our customer service department will respond to your request within 1 business day and provide instructions. If your order contains all of the requirements we have outlined above, Customer Care will confirm that the product(s) qualify for adjustment.

3. After you receive confirmation of your change request, our staff will provide you with conversion information.

+. For international purchases, only items with full tags, unworn and new unprocessed items with receipt (e) can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. After the period of additional analysis, Happy2r reserves the right to refuse any request from you.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not include the conditions stated above.
